Growing up surrounded by family and friends working in traditional trades exposed to asbestos, Sean saw firsthand the consequences of corporations prioritizing profit over safety. Mechanics, carpenters, millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, railroad workers, insulators, and construction laborers, among others, are unknowing victims of asbestos exposure who pay a tremendous price.
The privilege and responsibility to pursue justice and obtain compensation for these deserving parties has fueled Sean every day since graduating from St. Louis University Law School. For over 18 years, he has advocated against the indefensible corporate decision-makers who spend “human capital” in the workplace as if it’s merely the cost of business, fighting to hold them accountable.
Prior to joining Maune Raichle Hartley Franch and Mudd, Sean was responsible for the representation of thousands of victims of occupational diseases across the country, obtaining justice on behalf of workers injured by corporate greed. In 2024, Sean joined Maune Raichle Hartley French and Mudd as an attorney to continue this pursuit.
