He has represented people wrongfully exposed to asbestos in nearly every setting, including automotive mechanics, steel mill workers, drywallers, electricians, steamfitters, tire plant workers, U.S. Navy machinist mates, oilfield workers, ceramics workers and consumers exposed to talc-based products containing asbestos impurities. Mark has served as second-chair trial counsel in numerous trials, including verdicts won on behalf of mesothelioma victims in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina and Illinois.

Mark enjoys all aspects of preparing and trying mesothelioma cases. He has a particular interest in matters of scientific evidence (e.g., geology, mineralogy, microscopy, industrial hygiene, epidemiology) and unraveling corporate restructuring maneuvers that may obscure responsible parties and their wrongdoing. Mark specializes in overseeing and assisting in cases involving those exposed to asbestos-containing industrial and cosmetic talc, including in critical motion practice and trials. In 2023-2024, Mark played a central role in case preparation and trial that resulted in securing three verdicts won on behalf of those exposed to consumer talcum powder products with asbestos impurities.
