Since 2014, Ms. Egner has zealously represented victims of mesothelioma and their families handling every stage of litigation from initial meeting through appeals. She prides herself on her ability to connect with clients and leads with authenticity. Prior trial experience includes major jury trials in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas representing a client who developed mesothelioma caused by exposure to asbestos, as well as a client with acute myeloid leukemia caused by exposure to benzene.

After graduating from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs in Syracuse, NY with a degree in Public Policy, Ms. Egner interned in the US Senate for US Senator Jon Tester. Her time on Capitol Hill inspired her to attend the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC where she earned her juris doctor. During law school, she clerked for a prominent plaintiffs firm focusing on mesothelioma and asbestos litigation. After several years in the nation’s capital, Ms. Egner returned to her hometown of Philadelphia to further her commitment to client advocacy.

Bar admissions include Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Egner lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, and son.
